I love the actress Laura Linney! I've always loved her! I saw in the back of a trash magazine a picture of her and write up about her in this series on Showtime, Called The Big C. My cousin, Dena, says she watches it and that it's REALLY GOOD. So, I've been going to Showtime on Demand and watching the First Season. It is by far, Hands down, EXCELLENT. The writers are brilliant and Laura Linney does an outstanding job with her character. She plays a Wife, Mom, Teacher who is diagnosed with Stage 4 Melanoma. Season 1 shows her finding out she has cancer and going through denial, greiving and acceptance. Even though it sounds depressing, It is very humorous and makes you re-evaluate how you live your life and how you should be living your life. I love ALL the characters in this Drama, I especially love the Husband and the Brother.

Each episode gets better and better. I promise, it is so worth watching! I can't wait to see Season 2 and what the writers have up their sleeves.

On one of the coldest days, My kids managed to so called "GET DRESSED" by themselves because they wanted to go on the back deck. Well, they managed to put on a jacket and boots and NOTHING ELSE!!! (Those are Cooper's Cowboy boots that Tristan is wearing) I had to snag a picture and then tell them to hurry and get inside.
Blake upgraded my Photoshop on my Computer so, I'm having to re-learn everything, it's very different from my old photoshop. I've always wanted a picture of the kids in an Andy Warhol painting, but to get it done is pretty pricey for what I want. So, I played around on Photoshop and came up with these pics. They are not going to be as good, as if I were to buy them. But, I thought they turned out pretty cute and I enjoyed playing around with the pictures. These would make cute presents if you were to blow them up to an 8x10 and have put on a canvas.
This is a before picture of Coopers new haircut. Which as you can tell needed to be cut in a MAJOR way. I take Cooper to my hairsylist, Steve, at The Look. He has been cutting my hair since I was 8 years old!!!! Wow, thats 22 years folks! Now he is cutting my kids, well kid, hair and one day he will cut Tristans. Although, Tristan said she wanted her haircut to that day. I said, no no, Mommy's not quiet there yet! Steve is so great, as many hairstylist, he is and always has been someone important in my life. After Cooper's haircut Steve put some product in his hair and told him this was the Justin Beiber haircut. He buzzed it in the back and made it long in the front. He spent 40 minutes cutting my childs hair. He has a head full of hair and there was a lot to be cut. Steve even thinned out some of his hair, so it wouldn't stick out like a helmet head. One day, Cooper will appreciate his head full of thick hair.
You can not tell as much in the pictures, but he looked so cute with his product in his hair.
Cooper wanted to invite his friend, Nicholas, over to play last week. Nicholas came over and they played our Kinnect Xbox for a while and of course, they had to dress as Superheros at some point. Well, Tristan shall not be left out by any means. She handed me the Hulk costume so I could slip it on her. She maybe a priss, but she wants to be all up in the boys business. I sure this is a tale tale sign of things to come...
