A Princess Party Fit For A Princess

My friend Kim's little girl turned 3! She had a princess party and you were suppose to wear your princess costume. The party was awsome. What a great idea for a little girl who loves everything Princess. The party entailed a Cinderella Carriage Ride, a Princess Bouncy, and much much more... This is the Birthday Girl! Happy 3rd Birthday Ella! Ella was so serious! She never got off the ride until it was time for the horse to go back to the castle.

Tristan at first was not wanting to ride! She saw that big horse and said NO, NO! I ended up just putting her in the carriage with me and she never wanted to get off. Cooper was so excited and kept asking where was Cinderella. Cooper didn't want to get off the Carriage ride either.

Tristan's first Fat Lip

So, I was leaving the gym yesterday and still talking with the daycare leader, when Tristan ran out the door. She tripped on her own two feet and hit her mouth on he bottom of the exercising equipment. Her tooth went through her lip! Blood was everywhere, she was hysterical for an hour! Anyone who knows me, knows I just can't handle that kinda stuff. So, I was sick to my stomach for that one hour, because of her lip and also because there was nothing I could do for her. It was awful. Now Tristan has this ugly lip. She looks like she's had too many collegen injections.

The Angel's

Cooper had his first practice of the season on Monday night. This year he is, The Angel's. Pretty funny too, because last year he was, The Pirate's. He went from Bad to Good. Tristan enjoys going to the games and practices, there is always someone there for her to play with, usually Elle, but she was at home with her mama this night. So, in no time at all she met Olivia, who was such the little mama. She took right over watching Tristan and said, 'first I have to begin by teaching you your abc's'. It was too funny. Olivia was very sweet and gave Tristan a My Little Pony to take home.

Cooper did Awsome during practice. The coaches had them bat with a waffle bat and waffle balls. I guess just to see how everyone could hit in general the first practice and made it fun for the little ball players. Because this year, the coaches will be pitching to them instead of hitting from the tee.

Brad Paisley Concert

Blake and I were able to enjoy a date night last friday!!! We had tickets to the Brad Paisley concert and Darius Rucker was one of the opening bands. If you are like me, I had no idea that Darius Rucker was in Hoodie and the Blowfish(?)! On top of that, I didn't know that he had gone "Country" or that I knew all of his songs! He was great! Blake and I could have watched Darius all night! Brad Paisley was great too, but Darius Rucker entertained! Or maybe I just enjoyed listening to songs from Hoodie and remembering those times...Oh, and did I mention we had awsome seats.

Everytime (which is not a lot) I'm at the BJCC for a concert, I always remember the time Samantha, Lana and I were going to see Garth Brooks in concert. We had literally, Nose Bleed Seats! We were walking around before the concert and some guy stopped us and asked us where our seats were. We told him we had HORRIBLE seats, but we didn't care, we were just excited to see Garth Brooks. Well, that nice fella gave all Three of us, FRONT ROW SEATS! We were probably 13 or 14yrs old and we just thought we were so cool! We got to touch Garth's leg and Garth Brooks sang to us!

OMG! Memories.

Valentine's Day Ready

I have finally displayed my Valentine's decorations! I had to remind my husband that the towels 'ARE ONLY FOR DECORATION-NOT FOR CLEANING'! I can not tell you how many nice towels he has ruined!

Before I had Tristan, I bought this cute heart bag for Cooper. I would put little love notes and goodies each day in the bag leading up to Valentine's Day. I was bad and didn't do that for him last year. This year, I need to find something for Tristan so I can continue the tradition!
