We went to Veteran's Park last Saturday, for the annual Pet-A-Palooza Event. Thanks to my friend, Patty who was bringing her daughter Grace, She told me they were going and we should check it out! And we did! Me and the kiddos went and everyone had a blast! There was lots of fun stuff for them to do, a kids zone, caricatures, Food and Drinks, and they had Rescue dogs and Runaways too. The kids loved jumping on the inflatables and sliding down the slide, they both made Maverick and Savannah bandannas, they got their face painted, and decorated bags to carry around while visiting the different vendors!
The best part was when we were about to leave and saw they were having a Hallo"weenie" Dog Race. OMG! How funny!
I told Blake, Next year we needed to bring Savannah and enter her in the race. I know we would win! They had two people with the dogs. One at the start line and one at the finish line. I would just let Blake hold Savannah at the starting line, and when the announcers said READY SET GO, Savannah would Run like crazy to get to her Mamma on the other side! HAHA
